The 400bph Premier 420 binder, which binds in one process, will replace an older solution.

The new device will run alongside two five-colour Komori 528s, two Heidelberg GTOs, a Ricoh Pro C8100 and Ricoh Pro C751ex.
Aubrey Howling, production director at Abbey Print, said the company visited The Print Show to view a number of other potential options, but opted for the solution from Terry Cooper Services.

We can now increase the amount of perfect binding we do for existing clients and new customers”

“We have been working with TCS for a number of years; they know and understand our business, so we knew the support would be there and that they would ensure we invested in a machine that would best support our business,” Howling explains.
“Because of the improved makereadies production is streamlined and work is on and off the binder and out the door very quickly.
